When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We can accept or reject it. Prices and availability can change without notice. Payment is due at checkout. We use Shopify and secure payment processors.

3. Shipping

We aim to ship within a few business days. Delivery times are estimates, not promises. Once it leaves us, it’s in the hands of the shipping gods. We’re not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

4. Returns, Refunds & Mistakes

See our Returns & Refunds Policy. Most sales are final. We only replace or refund when it’s clearly our fault and reported on time.

All designs, logos, text, and graphics on this site belong to Pretty Toxic. Don’t steal our shit. We will notice and we will be petty about it.

Don’t use our site to harass people, commit fraud, or do anything illegal. We can ban accounts or cancel orders if you’re being a problem.

We’re not responsible for any emotional damage, situationship fallout, or life choices you make while wearing our clothes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
