Mistakes, Returns & Refunds

Look, we’re humans. Sometimes we fuck up.

If your order shows up damaged, misprinted, defective, or just straight-up wrong, email us at xo.unhinged@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or 30 days max for us to even look at it).

Include:

•  Your order ID

•  A clear phone pic of the issue

•  A quick description of what went wrong

If we agree it’s our fault, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. No drama.

Returns

You can request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery for misprints, damage, defects, or lost packages.

Once we approve it, we’ll send you the return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns will get ghosted.

Returned items must be:

•  Unused

•  Unworn

•  Unwashed

•  Still looking brand new

We don’t take back anything worn, stained, altered, or ruined by misuse.

You pay for return shipping. We’re not covering that.

Refunds

If approved, you’ll get your money back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank, not us.

Non-Returnable Shit

For hygiene and common-sense reasons, these are final sale unless there’s an actual manufacturing defect:

•  Tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, masks

•  Sample items

•  Anything you deliberately damaged

•  Orders that were made exactly as you designed but you just changed your mind

•  Delays caused by you giving us the wrong address or phone number

Lost Packages

If tracking says it’s lost, email us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate with the shipping company and figure it out.

Pretty Toxic decides what counts as a real defect. Be honest with us and we’ll be fair with you.
