Shipping Policy for Pretty Toxic

(Because patience builds character, you beautiful disaster)

We partner with multiple suppliers, so shipping varies by product, supplier, and where the hell it’s coming from. Here’s the least vague version we can stomach:

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and handed off to our fulfillment partners within 1-3 business days. Weekends and holidays don’t count — we’re too busy being iconic.

Shipping Times & Costs

•  Domestic (US): Most orders ship out and arrive in 7-12 business days total from the day you order. Some sneaky fast ones hit in 5-7 days, others drag to 15 if the supplier is slacking.

•  International: Expect 10-25 business days in most cases. Yeah, it can stretch longer thanks to customs, but that’s the realistic ballpark.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your items, destination, and whatever the supplier charges that day. No mystery markups — you pay exactly what they hit us with.

Tracking: You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as it ships. Check it obsessively if it makes you feel better.

The Fine Print (That We Actually Mean)

•  Multiple items? They can (and often do) ship separately from different warehouses. Don’t panic if they show up on different days.

•  Wrong address? Your problem. We ship to whatever you entered.

•  Delays from weather, carriers, suppliers, or general life chaos? Normal. We can’t magically fix the postal service.

•  Lost/damaged packages: Use your tracking to file with the carrier first, then email us. We’ll help where we can.

We can update this policy whenever we damn well please. Questions? Email us instead of rage-reviewing like a toddler.
